Yes, I am saying a social healthcare program [in the long run] is less expensive. But it takes buy in from everyone. Like it did in Brazil.

I'm sorry you feel that way, I actually travel more now than I did pre-911. But I understand your position.

Costa Rica is next on my list. I'd love to take a road trip through Central America into South America. But I have a feeling I would need to do it by motorcycle, I would likely get carjacked with my big white SUV. :(

I did a small road trip in Costa Rica. The people are so very friendly and inviting and made me wish I could have stayed longer. The music was great, the food fantastic and it was rather inexpensive.

I was rather startled when I saw the major hospital in San Jose it did not have screens on the windows with the curtain billowing with breeze. It looked like something you'd see in Detroit. I'm not sure that you'd get great medical care, but I believe the standard stuff they are good at.

when i got my passport i felt dirty afterword, i had to go in twice to re affirm my information

weird they have gps chips , hope i never wash mine by accident...fuck i do that to my wallet twice a year at least
