Absolutely one can term a person as racist because of the words they use. Wherever did you come up with the idea one can't.

You are being deliberately obtuse about the meaning of the words cracker, honkey and Jew. Turning your query about, do you think that cracker, honkey and Jew have the same meaning in general conversation? Because you are being deliberately obtuse, I'll remind you that terms in general conversation, are most often used in the common meanings, and not specific. To say somebody is a Jew in common conversation is not pejorative. Cracker and Honkey are slurs in common usage.

Also even though I may insult somebody by calling them a cracker, in no way does that make me a racist.

White people, especially white men who are the most common perps of violence in this country are born with and continually given privilege throughout their lives. It amazes me that they are so thin skinned when somebody points out how much more violent, not to mention racist white people are. Its a simple fact. Nothing to get upset about. You might as well get upset when somebody says daylight comes from the sun.
