police are not required to give security to events..they're hired by the event..and if they don't want to..oh well..

I explained it in a previous post.

events are responsible for their own security..now say someone gets killed then they would be responsible to show up but not for general security or traffic control..if you see a cop doing it it's because the event hired them through the police department..he's not a regular on duty cop.
