what is a pestiside i can buy from wal-mart that will kill the ants and not kill my plants or any advise on what i can do to solve this problem other that a pesticide. Please reply.

if i was you i'd leave the ants,they are excellent predators and will decimate everything thats trying to get near your plants
ants eat other insects and sweets,i suggest you keep them near

Scotts EcoSense..can be used right up to cut..$5.00 at Wally world. but as said unless they're eating leaves they'll help keep spidermites in check...not all bugs are bad..spiders and ants can be a blessing.

they are taking home under the roots and im not sure if they are eating the roots or not and i was just trying to be on the safe side and get rid of them.
