Im getting so fricken anxious I'm new so I really don't know when the time is right but I'm thinking Mabey a couple more weeks anybody else got any ideas.

A buddy of mine gave me an analogy on taking his outdoor down in terms of fruit & vegetables.
You wouldn't let a tomatoe ripen on the plant to the point it got soft, by the time it got to the grocery store shelf it would be mush. To pick slightly prior to peak ripeness it hits the store shelf still firm, which makes sense.
