I couldn't help but notice you have yellow stickies, and some of them are pretty saturated with, what I'm going to assume, are fungus gnats.

If that's the case, they can get out of hand pretty fast and those larvae that eat the roots could cause major damage in high numbers. The gnats will lay their eggs in the top of the soil, and within any exposed drainage holes at the bottom.

I'd recommend using a BTi product called Mosquito Bits - it works great and will not harm the plants in any way. I use about 3/4's - 1 cup per 5 gallons of water. I put the Mosquito Bits in a common household wire strainer and then I pour 3 gallons of water through it to extract the active ingredient, and finally fill the last 2 gallons with non strained water - pouring water through a strainer is slow, and I'm kinda lazy, so I figure 3 gallons should be enough to get most of the active ingredient. I do this because I don't like the 'bits' in my soil, or my runoff trays.

I'll pour a red solo cup of this ^ solution in the plants runoff trays to allow solid absorption from the bottom up and kill those bottom dwelling larvae - then I will water regularly from the top. This takes care of it for me, every time. If I see a problem with gnats, I'll use this method along with yellow stickies for control / elimination.

Diatomaceous earth or copper powder? i hate fungus gnats, when i first got into growing they drove me insane. Ive started using dr zymes as a soil drench and knockdown. nothing like it. i use a light mix of green sand in my soil, and mosquito bits in and on top of soil. despite the name, they work better for fungus gnats. Ive also planted some other plants in my pots, natural pest repelling plants (chrysanthemum and others). looking at some of the leaf tips it kinda looks like some over watering possibly, which would explain the fungust gnats.. try dialing back a bit on the water. you can also mix the diatomaceous earth in your watering mix.
