any experience grower could give me a quick answer please

I just checked the trichs with a microscope. they are turning amber today, can I put them in 48 hours darkness tonight and harvest after that?

flushed it 2 days ago when it was dried, another 3 days before that I flushed them as well as it was dried, and one more time another 3 days before that, when the plants got to this size they seemed to have a regular watering, it goes dried every 3 days. so I flushed 3 times with just water in the last week.

If you flushed and they are amber you can harvest whenever you feel like. If you want a more body stoned harvest earlier and if you want a more cerebral buzz harvest later.
