Any fans of DJ Short seeds?

I grew out his grape krush and really liked the pheno I got. His blueberry is legit but you know you most likely will end up with some mutated plants when trying to find your keeper. I got a few slow growing, mutated plants that I ended up tossing. Not sure if he still has his original parent stock, i thi k I heard he lost them, not sure though.

I haven't had the chance to grow any of his seeds but I did get a blueberry clone from a club about 10 yrs ago and it was the most amazing looking plant I've ever grown. It smelled so delicious and everyone that smoked it wanted more. Very nice colas and super easy to trim. If I could find anywhere close to that again with a seed, I'll take it. There is a couple breeders that are pretty much regs only and they are one i wouldn't mind sorting thru....or keeping a male who knows?

I checked out his gear, all I could find is his dad's Blueberry F4 crossed to everything under the sun. Is his blueberry male that great?

I have run DJ Short blueberry since 2000.
I have done about 4 packs periodically to see if I could find an actual blueberry.
Never found any. In fact. Not even one I wanted to clone. Just weak.
Same with son. Same weak blueberry. I don't even know why they call this shit blueberry?

That is a fair assessment from your experience. I have some Blueberry F5 running and i'll keep an eye to see if it comes out very blueberry. I also got some Seven of Nine running. From the son I have sweet pink and key lime chem going. If they are bunk I will sure scream it from the roof tops. lol. IF its good though, i'm going to have to say different. I'm hoping for good. If not I got other strains which will be good.

Also if you want some blueberry leaning phenos I'd say go with dynasty genetics. They have some awesome blueberry/huckleberry crosses. Seems the dj short blueberry is somewhat watered down these days and he is selling packs to make money off his name. Also if you knew someone that's got a dj short blueberry clone that's 15-20 years old, lol, I'd say run it- but that going to be very hard to find.
