All american pressure cooker for cheap on ebay, rye grain on amazon or health food store, roger rabbit rye tek, damion5050s coco tek, still air box, spore syringe, coco bricks and quart jars. Shroomery is a good place for info.

There are a ton of places popping up offering kits, and lots of places that offer pre-sterilized grain/substrate, but in my opinion if you want more than 1 flush before contamination DIY. You will learn more, you won't spend too much more, and then you have the capacity to grow more in the future. Also mycelium should never be exposed to much over 80F, and the chance of temperature spike during shipping is a real possibility. Also when you order a kit you don't know if the mediums were properly sterilized/pasteurized, how long after sterilization the spawn was inoculated, and if the kit was put together in a sterile area.

If you want decent volume I recommend using a spawn + bulk substrate method.

Build a still air box for ~$50 (tutorial here - https://mycotown.com/still-air-box/)
Buy a cheap stovetop PC
Watch Tutorials on youtube (or go on shroomery - I learn visually so youtube is better for me)
Buy Mushroom spores
Buy Isopropyl alcohol and dilute to 70% (what professional mycologists do)
Buy Mason Jars and inoculation port lids (or make the lids yourself)
Buy Spawn medium (Rye grain, bird seed, oats)(and sterilize yourself)(inoculate within 24hrs of sterilization)
Buy Fruiting medium (Vermiculite, Coco Coir, Hpoo, Peat Moss)(and pasteurize yourself)
Most of the other supplies you will have on hand, things like scissors, spray bottle, buckets, etc.

Follow along with the tutorial you choose. A few more tips -

Inoculate spawn within 24hrs of sterilization
OVERKILL cleaning/disinfecting your SAB before inoculating
Shake jars well after inoculation to disperse the spore liquid solution
Account for the endothermic reaction going on in the jar, and keep your room at 77F (~3 warmer inside the jar because of this endothermic reaction puts the temp at 80F inside the jar, which is the highest you want (heat makes mycelium grow faster, but above 80F can make the spawn "sweat" and invites bacteria where water collects from the spawn sweating).
Put the fruiting tub inside a garbage bag and tamp the bag down to the corners of the tub, instead of painting your fruiting tub black (WAY easier to clean)
Use 7000K lighting for fruiting
PAY ATTENTION! CHECK THE JARS/FRUITING TUB DAILY.

If I had to buy a kit, It would be from midwestgrowkits. From what I've heard they are the best, and that looks like a pretty all inclusive kit. (other than the spores).

I would inoculate the day you receive it, as really inoculation should be done within 24hrs of sterilization. Out of the 12 jars it comes with Im sure a few of them will make it to the fruiting stage.

Don't hesitate to DM me with questions! I am happy to share the knowledge :)

Its been years since I have done this but I recently picked up an all American for normal canning purposes and it sounds like there are a lot more resources out here now than there were when I did this a few times like ... 20ish years ago lol and hey when we are stuck inside... what better way to "take a trip"!?
