Any guesses on yield

This is my first time grow though I have been growing in my mind for years. My White Widow plant is 30 days into flower. I am using a 400hps hortilux bulb for flowering and using Foxfarm nutes and soil. My Widow is now 49 inches tall and 34 inches across. I have 34 grow tips not including the main cola (the plant was never topped to ensure potentcy). I understand that this is so hard to answer but is there anyone who can give me an educated guess on what type of yield I can expect. PICS

Your plant looks good except for that clawing leaf thing,

You didn't top to ensure potency? What? Potency is genetic and is only affected by the skill you use growing the plant to harvest.

he probably means not to lose any potency (stress or whatever) but growing conditions and genes are to do with potency mostly. Anywho I would say around 7-8 ounces..looks a little bigger than the blueberry I have going and I'm expecting 6. Take a picture in the dark and you will see nugs clearer.

Cant tell bro, nothing to scale it by. By looking at those pics that plant could be 2 feet or 6 feet tall.

You need to get some good profile pics of the plant with something beside it, like a 2L bottle, or hold up a Bic lighter beside the buds so we can get an idea of how big they actually are.

I wouldve said a half too......but i dont wanna c u get disappointed if u get a QP. QP per plant is bomb any day. much lusher /greeener than my ladies. thumbs UP:joint:

When you top a plant it produces two colas which will yield more but reduce the potentcy that that particular plant would have had. Topping interrupts the natural flow of the stem.

No and No. Topping does not create more bud or less potent bud. Topping just creates more branches and smaller buds.

Topping has no direct effect on yield or potency.

When you top your plant, how long you veg it for after topping, and your grow room set up will effect the yield and potency.

thank you, i wanted to top from the beginning but wasnt sure if i should or not. Every site has their own opinions and contradictions to each other. I figured that if I did not top i was safe. this is all new to me and every week is a new experience. at this point in the flowering phase every day i open it is new. I hope it does not grow much taller. it is in a 5 gallon bucket and the plant is now 50 inches plus 12 for the bucket and the light fixture is 10 inches high and i have 8 foot ceilings that only leaves me with 2 feet max between light and plant as of today. i vegged it for only 4 weeks and it was 24 in at that point with like 1/2 spacing between nodes. it has over doubled its height since then and it seems to be slowing down and gaining weight. this is normal i hope?

Yep, sounds like shes doing perfect. Up to the first 3 weeks of flowering and the plant will continue to veg to get ready to pack on the buds. Then it will stop stretching and start to fatten up. :weed:

ohkay this is what i have to say to you FUCK YEAH that is fucking bomb nice job like 5 times better than my first grow and better than many of my recent grows also to answer your questioni would say like 6.5 or 7.5 ozs and that top bud has to be like at least 2 ozs on its own

Because this is my first grow ever I had it set in my mind that if I got 1 oz. I would be happy. Of course this was when the plant was 12 in tall. I now expect a little more but as long as I get an oz. im happy. Thank you everyone who took the time to answer my question.
