I have a chiller, can’t raise my ambient temps tho unfortunately. It’s like 40F outside where I live and I live in a large open house that’s really hard to heat. I’ll just have to wait for it to get a bit warmer.
Any idea what this is? Deficiency?

Yeah, unfortunately you're going to struggle a bit at those temps under Led lights. Best of luck!

is this strictly because of lack of IR? Cuz my lights do have IR diodes

That may help. Normally, under the sun or an HPS, enough IR is produced to heat the surface of the leaf up beyond the temperature of the ambient air. So, lacking IR as most led lights do, the air temperature should be kept higher than what was considered normal to get the leaf surface up to the temperature it prefers. You'd probably need a laser thermometer and test the temps at the surface of the leaves to determine if the IR diodes are putting off enough of it to help.
Im having a similar issue, with a hydro setup, using RO water, and advanced nutrients Connoisseur Connoisseur, Temps at 77°, rh at 60-70, using optic slim leds (they have ir diodes), running a ph of 5.8-6.1. I kno its calcium in the water, im going to try racing the ph to 6.3 for a few days to see if helps if it doesn't ill add more calcium using the micro from AN nutrient 3 part mix so im not adding too much nitrogen
