any ideas on whats up. im lost PICS

Not exactly sure whats going on have read threw alot but cant find a pic thats similar to my issue. heres about the setup and all that. 400hps light about 2 1/2 ft away. temps 78° f. hum is about 30% . SOIL PH is 7.0 adjusted it today with phed water. both plants are in the same pot i wanted to transplant them today and i noticed this. there a roadrunner auto and a sweet tooth auto. any ideas thank you

Pic 1 looks like you bout to have a lock out ,Pic 2 looks like Nute burn this is how my first plant was,when was the last time you fed?

Fed them nutes the 22nd of this mnth and phed water since then
