The tips of your leaves are the giveaway, back off on the nutes a bit and give her another drink of water to try and get rid of the build up. How much are you watering/feeding your plant at a time? You want to make sure you have a good amount of water/nutes pass through the pot (like 25%). Otherwise you can wind up with problems.

Always do 1/2 the recommended strength of the nutes. If it says 1/2tsp give it 1/4 tsp

Just give her water for now, a little bit more than you usually do to get rid of the excess salts/nutes causing the nute burn. Then when you are ready to feed again give iess then when you gave it nute burn. It is important you get enough run off coming throught the bottom of your pots.

When the new leaf sets aren't showing signs of nute burn. Don't start off strong as shit either, do 1/2 strength.

Less is ALWAYS more with nutrients. More nutes doesn't equal bigger yield or denser bud or a better high. It equals a greater chance for nute burn.

nutrient burn maybe, or heat damage from (cfl? MH?). just a couple leaf tips, but it looks like it wants more light to me. you could bend it and tie it to a stake if its growing out of the light zone
