Any ideas whats causing this?

I'm seeing tiny brown spots on the leaves of this glookies plant. Can Anyone help me out?

Looks like possible spider mite damage to me. I'd get the magnifying glass out and go hunting. I hope I'm wrong. Is it just on the one plant?

Find the culprit yet? If possible, isolate from the others until getting a handle on things.

I didn't see any pest in the plant. I gave them compost tea and it seems to be getting a little better. It's not progressing at least. Just keeping a close eye and using it as a learning experience.

I got another question. I have another plant that seems to be growing a lot more leaves out of the bud then the other plant of the same strain. It's healthy, it just seemed strange to me. Never grew in a living organic soil or outdoors before so a lot of this is brand new. The Pic was taken after I trimmed it down a bit. I was concerned about bud rot from lack of circulation.

Different plants of the same strain can express some different traits.
