Any ideas what's going on

This is my mom's plant, runtz photo, promix hp, dirty dozen nutes. About 20 days old.

Promix shouldn't get too dry. Could be just dry. Could be cal-mag def. Very dark leaves. Maybe cut back on the nitrogen too. What ppms? What Ph?

I'm not sure what her ppm is but she's been at 6.5 pH. I'm pretty sure she's been feeding close to full strength, following Fox farms feeding schedule, which I advised against. She thinks it might be from water getting on leafs during feed. Here's another of her plants she just sent.

Cannot tell if that is bug damage or cal-mag def. The color looks better.

The curling/canoeing down leaves says some sort of watering problem. What is the runoff ppms?

Yea im thinking pests like thrips they eat leaves like that, see thru type bite. Just make sure to check closely run fingers through see any movement
