Any ideas what's wrong with this plant??

There are 6 of these plants and they all look the same. the roots are nice and white and sticking out the drainage holes so I know it's not a root problem. my temp and humidity is good. I feed about half strength and have a 6.0-6.5 ph. I'm using promix in 3 gallon pots under one 1000 watt hps. it seems to be mostly large fan leafs. thanks!!!

It certainly has many of the characteristics of a phosphorous deficiency (purple stems, discolored leaves). Hopefully someone with more knowledge jumps in for you. There could be multiple deficiencies going on.

I think all of the above. Heavy soil, over watering, bad soil pH, and even cold roots can impede P uptake. Cut back on the water a little. If they're sitting on a cold floor put them on blocks or mats. I think your pH may be slightly low, I run 6.8 in soil
