any ideas why my plants look like this?

Yeah they should be bigger, and sometimes you get a retarded growing plant. They usually work themselves out after a couple nodes.

Yeah, those are a bit small for that age but you have some of them in big pots. It's better to use small cups for the first 2-3 weeks then transplant when they start to use more water and run low on root space. I start with those small fiber pots then bury that in a quart size pot after 2 weeks. In a few weeks (2-3) move to 3 or 5 gal grow bag.

The attached pix is showing a seedling started on Nov. 11. That's 20 days. I think mine are a little small but not sure.

Oh yeah, don't worry about weird looking leaves at this stage. We get them all the time when they're young like this.

Yep they stretching like crazy due to lack of light, which from your other threads I see you are taking care of.
Also, the leaf is twisting because it is getting more light from a reflection than from the bulbs that are so far away. It is turning towards the reflection. Lights will fix those problems.

and the lights are 1 175w florecent grow light,2 cfl 14w,and 2 175w agr0-light grow light
