Any input on sun systems 150w HPS light setup?

Just wondering if anyone uses the 150w hps light setup from sun systems? im wondering this cause i already use about 150w in CFLs but wanted to switch over and start with something small. and could i get a decent yield off of one of these considering the size of the lamp? or at least more than im getting off the CFLs?

I have that light over my aquaponics setup and im not really that impressed, i would just stick with the cfls until you want to go up to 250w-400w, i would rather have the extra coverage from the cfls than the extra intensity with the hps. But once you et around the 400w mark then you should make the move to hps

my babies are growing in soil under a 150 watt HPS lamp. They're very fluffy with lots of internodes. Can't comment on cfl's, haven't tried them yet

I was using around 420 w of cfls and I added that setup in for flowering. Total of 700+ w ended up with 8 ounces off 5 plants. Looking back I should have just bought a 400w hps. Next indoor grow.

how big were they?

It was my first grow, and in an attic. I only had 3 ft height. I thought it was pretty good fora first run. The smoke was awesome. Pictures in my album.
