Hey all - I'm a noob, so pardon my ignorance in advance.
I like to take health risks into consideration whenever I undertake a venture that will expose me to new chemicals, rays, waves, etc...
I've been reading about health risks due to exposure to damaged metal halide lights. What exactly constitutes a damaged MH light? Would I know if mine was damaged? I've read about cases involving damaged MH lights in gyms and such - are they talking about lights with broken outer bulbs/casings?
Also - does anyone know about eye/skin damage associated with non-damaged MH lights? Would I be better off wearing long sleeve shirts and sunglasses when I'm working near my light?
And last but not least, am I just being paranoid?
