My understanding is that he will have a hearing next week, and likely get released temporarily and come back to Cali before sentencing

I wonder if they will let him spend the next few months @ home to get his garden going for the year before he has to be sentenced. <3

I mean it's about that time of year to get the ladies rdy, shouldn't the feds understand and respect that!?

I've just recently seen you squab with some people and I don't want to be one of them, but... dang, why pick on ohmy? he seems decent, I hope he doesn't get busted like FDD did, and for serious.. what a bummer that FDD did. I wish him well, and I wish my wish would actually DO him well.

just my own personal opinion, but I think the man is a good person, i've read and seen as much, and I sincerely hope that Karma works towards his advantage because I am sickened to think that a person with a family would have to live any portion of his life behind bars for something as silly as a plant that gives you a buzz. so very sad, his family must be so very sad.

the shit we take for granted.. I mean seriously, freedom. it's a big fucking deal..
