I used to be a sous at a resort here in FL. I gave it up a long time ago though. After working under several self important egotistical assholes that make Gordon Ramsey look like Bambi. I could'nt take it anymore. The only thing worse than being an asshole is working for one! LOL! I still love to cook for friends and family though. Good Luck with your training. Perhaps one day you will be a reg on the food network!

i'm a chef, off long term sick, worked in some high end restaurants. good career to get into, certainly make a man of you in terms of discipline and work ethic, can't be scared of 18 hour shifts 6 days a week if u wanna do well. chop my arm off to get bk in kitchen lol :(
