Any one use, Artemis Enhanced Spectrum HPS Bulb? Any good?

I bought, for $30 on eBay, a 600w HPS bulb that is a Artemis Enhanced Spectrum.
Has anyone herd of or used these bulbs? I cannot find much info on them but I did find that the bulbs have 17% more light output than regular bulbs, and they have 25% better spectrum than most bulbs in the blue & violet colors.
This seems like it is almost the same bulb as the Eye Hortilux as they do almost the same thing. The enhanced blue spectrum helps for veggging right? But is it a good bulb for flowering too?
So can this bulb be compared to the hortilux, a 3x more expensive bulb?

probably a hortilux copy. From what ive read around here, it prolly does what it says but just wont have the life span as a high quality bulb would. Hands down you get what you pay for.
