I am talking about those of us with actual culinary school experience. It is one thing to follow a recipe very well, it is a whole other to be able to take 4 ingredients that don't go together and making a meal you can charge $50 for.

I am in my 4th week of culinary school and I have found that I can not be in the kitchen straight. If I am not stoned all my thoughts are disjointed and my taste are just not as accurate.

Anyone else?

Dude I only got through one year of culinary then the money ran out, it was either bud or school and honestly it wasn't that hard of a choice.

No regrets.

Im the head chef of a casino in sussex. I couldnt work if I wernt stoned, Everyone I work with does it even the the croupiers in the pit all nip round the corner on there breaks for a spliff. Id go fucking crazy if I hadnt had a smoke. Its the only thing that keeps me sane in such a stressful job.
