Any pointers appreciated

Well...I won't go into excruciating detail...but I am trying to start an outdoor "gorilla growing" operation and I decided to start my plants inside...I got ff ocean forrest soil now, but the seedlings are in miracle grow soil.

I got three questions

1. Can anybody tell me why my seedlings are tall and required ghetto paperclip fabricated supports?

2. I got 8 seedlings...and remember I'm just starting them indoors...But is 2, 100 watt full spectrum clear bulbs, 2 75 watt cfl's, some random sodium (i think?) light, and a 13 watt flourecent enough to keep them happy till i decide to move them outdoors?

3. Should I just transplant them right now into the Fox Farms soil...or let them do their thing till i transplant them outdoors?

ohh, and feel free to say anything that you think would b helpful...

They are probably stretching because the light is too far away from them. get some cfl's and put them within a couple of inches. i think cfl's are good enough for plants early in their life. what size pots are they in right now?

i would say transplant them into something bigger like a 1 gal pot so you dont have to transplant it again for a while. ive read that transplanting stunts growth for like 2days. so the less transplants the better. i transplant into 1 gal pots right after they develop leaves.

space for that is a major problem...but yeah...if i was indoor growing i would have transplanted them already...but sadly i can't
