Any reason I'm only SLOWLY getting leaves?

My plant is about... 1 month 3 weeks into vegging. It's about 14 inches tall. Pretty thick stem... 4 nodes... Not many leaves though. I'm not sure why. And the leaves growing off of the stems from each node are taking FOREVER!!!

I'm not sure if it's light related or nute related. The soil I use says it feeds up to 3 months... Ithasn't even been 2, plus I'm feeding it a little anyways. I wouldn't think it's nute related. What do you think?

If your soil feeds for 3 months you shouldn't need extra nutes.

It's really not much extra. It's recommended 1 TBLS per gallon of water... I used 1/4 TSP for 2 quarts of water. They're not over nuted I don't believe. not over watered either. I only water every... 3-4 days. ( I have a one gallon pot.)
