Any Suggestions? HPS/MH/LED/CFL/UVB/(T5's?)

Mostly want to share my setup, thought I'd see if anyone had suggestions for me, first grow was aero, and went beautifully, went 12/12 from seed and harvested in 10 weeks. This grow I vegged for 6 weeks and started 12/12 under only 400w (thought it was 600w, but the digi ballast wasn't working correctly) for 2-3 weeks, over the last week or 2 I've added all these spare light I had around. All problem areas have closeup's, some yellow tips on middle branches, a few close to LED's have a hole in them, a few tips pointing straight down, a few curling at the warmest point (between both HID's) - 81 degrees (and this is the hottest day so far, currently 55 degrees outside) I'd welcome any tips for correcting these problems). 2 Feedings since reservoir change, 1400 ppm's (was 1100) advanced nutrients Hobbiest (no voodoo juice). Lights have recently been added and rearranged- 1000w hps above, 600w mh on the side, 300w blue/red LED above (the weak plants), 2 30w leds on the side, 3 23w cfls, 3 26w repti UVB's (10" above plants, only on 45 min per cycle, then moved out of the way) 5.9 ph. fyi the plants under the LED's getting top-fed in plastic bins were by far the weakest starting off, and suffered alot of early root damage by me and suffered a fungus attack. + they have not had consistent ph levels, have had a mix of AN nutes and Botinicare organics.
I maybe going overkill on the lighting.. what do you think? Have a few CFL's, a 216W T5 (~4x1') and 2x2' T5's I could throw into the mix, but doubting its worth it). Humidity 30 - 55%.

I run a 1m parabolic with a 600w hid mh/hps for veg/flower and took 4 screws out so that I can hang my exoterra uvb200 25w lights through and it works a treat. I grow in soil so can't really comment on ppms but I have been adding liquid vitamin d at 10000iu/l along with cal mag and the growth was crazy! Specially the roots!image.jpgimage.jpg

Watch out for light toxicity, not to be confused with burns from radiant heat, I had little white tips on a few colas on my last run. I was running 100w of hps per square foot some people wud say it's overkill but it worked sweet for me. Intensity=Density=weight. Just my tuppence

The mix of lights should result in some very nice spectrum. You don't have overkill UVB, so I would run them at near or full cycle for flower. If anything with the extra room you have you might spread your lights out a bit and add more plants.
