I have these going in some Waterfarm hydro buckets, the light is a Spider Farm 7000. These plants are about 4 weeks old. They are growing vertically quickly and I would like to spread that growth out so as to not get to close to the light and make better use of my grow space. Any suggestions as to training them? I like to keep things pretty simple but it seems like I am going to run into some issues when I switch them over to flower. I only have about 36" of vertical space or so. Thanks in advance for any input!

LST for best outcome. Train them hard to break dominance. Kushman crack will build up stems too.

I’ve got 2 going myself. I”m planning on making a 3 by 3 foot frame and hooking some 3 inch mesh to it. I’ll weave the branches into it and that should keep most of it at one height.
Your plants look great. The other members are right, you can lst them. I tie a cord around the top of the red bucket. Then I use that cord to bend and shape the plant by tying branches down to it.

Top them, lst them, then scrog them.
When you top them, do you count down to a certain node? First step in lst would be bending them 90 degrees?

I top them at the third node and yes you can bend them but I recommend the lst clips that are for sale on Amazon
