Any tips on using rockwool slabs in ebb and flow tables?

This will be the first grow with a ebb and flow system I decided to use rock wool slabs, the plants a 2 1/2 weeks old in 4" rock wool cubes, the plants are getting 1/4 strength shot of nutes and rapid start for root growth they are VERY healthy and roots are hanging out of the 4" blocks, are there any suggestions or tricks with using rock wool slabs on ebb and flow tables?

Did you already buy them? How often do you flood? I love rockwool for cloning but you have to be careful with it in a table. Rockwool holds an ungoldy amount of water and can rot easy if flooded too often. If you have not made this purchase yet, I would recommend a coco mat or similar rather than the wool. Good luck!

Already got the slabs soaking I was hopeing to put the 4" cubes on tonite should I flood once a day then or should I just drip stake lines I can do that too

Once a day should be fine. Do you have actual tables with grooves in them so they drain as best they can?

In ebb and flow rockwool holds onto nutrient salts. Top drip is best, otherwise you're going to have to flush the thing about every 2 weeks.

Learn how to take samples from the rockwool to measure ph and ec.

You just slits should work fine.

Wool, like any other medium, flushes of salts just fine as long as it is properly flooded. It's about removing all the existing moisture and replacing it with new, fresh, oxygen rich, water.
