any way to fix these First time grow in single rubbermaid

Hello all First off id like to say that originally these plants i were something that i was just messing around with i started off with some bag seed trying to try get some experience just putting them under a single bulb for a few hours a day and in the sunlight for 4-5 hours too, and right about when i was about to give up on the idea of growing simply because there was no way to do it i saw the Rubbermaid ideas on this site and fell in love with the idea and just completed the box 2 days ago and have had the plants in it under 24/0 for the entire time since

now one of my plants has had tons of new growth... but only on one side, the leafs are small wilted and a quarter inch tops on one side and huge and at least 1 inch on the other side the other plant that i have going in the box hasnt seen anywhere near the new growth that the other one has and i took one leaf off since it had not shown any growth in over a week if you can see it on the big plant the center of the top is starting to turn black don't really know what that means or if it is significant at all lol but it has me worried as it just recently showed up and almost looks like it is spreading the picture i added was the only one that showed even half as bad as it looked its unclear but at least you can sorta see what is going on in it

anyways they are only this big after 3 weeks but of course im guessing that is from the crap and irregular light schedules that they went through before, also the lights that it is under are 4 23 watt 1600 lumen Cfls also i haven't been giving anything other then water and if it helps and they were both recently transplanted

anyways any help or comments are greatly appreciated ty for your time

Your plants are fine. Just keep everything to a minimum right now, watering, feeding and any thing else you might be thinking about doing to this thing. Its a weed if you leave it alone it will do its own thing. The moment you start trying to tweek this thing, game over, shes dead or dieing. Youll know when its time for ferts, shell tell you by her growth. When you see her slowing down in new lucious growth its time for nutes. Good luck, and please dont make the mistakes other first time growers make, it a plant light food water. K.I.S.S.
