any1 from the uk r ireland thats helpfully in helping me harvest

i need help if its out there most threads i read r helpfully but r in hotter countrys that my greenhouse doesnt come close r comparing. its cold but still going strong shes 19weeks old an 3weeks into buding. its overaged as people keep saying some fan leaves have red/purple stems. its 6ft tall 1m wide very bushy with bud but they r all about the size off a cotton wool bud an apox 3hairs pair bud have changed brown its kinda crystaly and some small leaves close but its also sort of sticky, i aslo have small heater sitting under it but its only on throu nite but little heat comes out off it but hard on electric so has 2 b off at the day. i hope ive gave enough information is my plant ok is this normal in greenhouse growing in uk r will i need 2 up the heat any tips is help 2me

The red/purple stems are probably cause of the strain
