Great question wedddemon was wondering the same thing myself have two lowryder-2 plants at the moment about 3 weeks old, and i'm yet to give them any nutes, cos i don't wanna course more harm than good!
With an autoflowering strain you don't need to change the light schedule to make them flower you could grow them from start to finish on 24/7 lighting if you wanted, although people say 18/6 is best.
No sorry havn't harvested yet. This is my first grow and only 3weeks in. All going good so far though. Check out my grow jounral for more info think theres a link at the bottom of my post.
Oh and as for the lighting i have been told and read a lot that lowryder-2 grows best on 18/6 lighting, that's what i planned on having mine on but my timer didn't work by the time i got one that did i was already 2weeks in and didn't want to stress them out so left them on 24/7 lighting thinking of maybe changing it too# 18/6 when i know what sex they are havn't decided yet though.
Yer no nutes so far but there only just 3 weeks old, don't think i'm going to bother giving them any nutes till they ask for some. Don't want to course more harm than good.
