I have found the opposite so far at least. As I get older I seem to need less sleep.I'm an early riser. I usually get up around 12:45am six nights a week. Leave the house by 1:15am and back home around 6:00am
I operate on about 4 to 4.5 hours of sleep a night. The older I get the tougher it is to do.
