I've been vegging my plants a lot longer than most people I know personally. I have plenty of height in the flower room, so I figured the bigger the better. I still only yield about 2 oz per plant though, so I'm not sure that bigger is necessarily better. I just started with a scrog for half my flower area and few plants that are smaller than I usually start flower with. I have a feeling this is going to produce more. I'll build a second scrog for the other half (about 5x5) once I harvest out the ones that are almost ready.

I had a grow that stretched far more than I wanted it to so instead of topping and sacrificing those potentially large central colas I LST'ed or forced the stem over just below my scrog screen and fed all the branches lower and higher ones across the scrog. I gained 3 foot of extra space for my lights and the lower branches ended up producing almost as big buds as the top. If you intend doing a large scrog try to make sure you can access all sides, I had to crawl on the floor underneath, what a bloody hassle. It was 8'x4' in the tent.

Yeah newworldicon I do have that issue. I originally put my flower bed in the corner of a 12x12 room, with walls on two sides. This does have advantages, such as a window on one side and walls to support heavy buds on two sides. I know I am going to have to move it to the center of the room though. Shouldn't be too hard. I just need to move over the strapping holding the lights and I have a large ribbed frame that the pots sit on to keep it off the carpet. I'll get a buddy to help me move it.

Hey man if you can move it centrally you will be much happier. Once they start bedding in there is a bunch of new shoots all over the place and they all are looking upwards so plenty of knitting to do everyday.

Should you top or fim mums? I been debating on weither to do it or not. Are just let them get bushy from taking clones. Anyways at the end I want lollie pop mums. I was thinking of cutting back on the light schedule because I don't think I'm going to be able to keep up with the shoot growth under 24/7.
