Anybody know about the salon business? Salon owners get on avg 55%-60% of everything

Do the stylist pitch if for utility bills and rent? If not 40% of for each cut sounds pretty good. Most mechanics aren't getting 40% of the shops hourly labor rate. Overhead is real and the owner takes all the risk.

There are both benefits to owning a business and just collecting a paycheck. You can make great money collecting a paycheck and not have the headaches and heartaches that come with owning a business.

Sounds alot like the fishing industry. 50% to the boat/business, then fuel, and finally the capt and crew

Anyone know what percent a credit card terminal takes?? Say I swipe 20K a month in sales, what does the terminal take or credit card company take?

Hello there, guys. What could bring more profit: a barbershop or a salon? I’m interested in opening a barbershop, but I’m unsure about its profitability. So, I’d be very grateful for your advice on that.
