Anybody know what these spots are from?

These babies are in Roots organic 707 soil under a 8 bulb T5. Seeing this problem on 2 black widows in veg. and 1 Romulan Diesel in bloom under 600 HPS. All plants getting fert. General Hydroponics. Have also sprayed with a fungicide as I thought maybe that was the problem. Still getting spots.

I have seen this problem on a few local growers plants too recently. I am not 100% sure what it is but it sure would be nice to know so we can get this fixed.

Whats the ph of your soil and what kind of water are you using?

PH in soil is right at 7.0 and my water is in a tub with a pump in it.... at least 24hrs out before using.

7 ph is to high they like it more acidic. Get it to around 6 to 6.5 should help.

I thought 6.8 was the ideal pH when growing in soil to allow proper nutrient uptake of all nutrients. Can you provide a source that shows 6-6.5 is better?
