Anybody knows what could have made this happen ?

I have been growing this Hula Girls all good but now it is starting to appear this ....does anybody know what is this never happened to me before

Dont panic bro cut the leaf off

Probably some creature on the underside, sucking the sap out of the leaf.

Either plant is having an allergic reaction to some bugs (like aphids) or you are missing some trace minerals

Yeah, I'm going with either some sort of bug? or you have some funky ass mutations, I had an F1 do this with all its leaves even though it was growing 1-1.5 inches a day and healthy it had theses warped ass weird leaves. It's your plant that does what you want if you deem it healthy. Sometimes the weirdest plants give the best results.
