Anybody using the top feed bucket system method to grow

Im using soil right now had good success but not the yield due to my own fault on not pinching the tops. But im thinking about doing top feed. If you have done this method would love to hear about it, also wondering on watering. I've heard to let feed 24 hours a day 7days a week. Just keep eye on ph and change nutrient-water every week or two. Anyways thanks for any inpu...happy growing.

anybody? shoot with this kind of response i might want to stick with soil.

I noticed this is a old thread, but I've just started a top feed system myself.
Using expanded clay for medium.

Water with nutrients
every 12 hours for 15 min for small ones
ever 4 hours for 15min for bigger plants.

Top feeds are good but be sure your pump is reliable as plants die fast if it bones out or if emitters get plugged. Flush often to prevent salt buildups and change nutes out every other day or for best results use drain to waste.
