For sure...they grow all wonky like that when they are trying to go back to veg state. It will take a bit before they go back to normal. Good lighting will revert her alot faster.

I got them on a 18/6 light cycle..maybe another 2 weeks or 3 of veg..its only day 4 under lights.. I was thinking maybe too much nitro?

Be gentle and do not overreact, they are just stressed to hell right now because they are reverting back to veg. Last thing you want to do is try to over analyze and mis-diagnose now.

I agree..I was just looking for similar deficiency of leaves curling like that ..one thing I thought was to much nitrogen because the leaves are kinda curled like claws

Just like any stressed female, your best bet is to get out of way instead of trying to fix whats wrong :)
