Thanks for the great work you guys do over there, I really appreciate it and look forward

My last order, placed on December 5th 2013, has not arrived yet. When I check the
tracking number at the USPS website, it says it 'has been processed through the ISC sort
facility Dec. 11th.' Quite clearly something is wrong and the package is unlikely to
reach me intact, if ever.

Would you please check on this package for me or reship another? I have been very patient
because I know you guys get flooded with emails worried after only 7days, but I have been
waiting for a long time now.

In all fairness, my email arrived on Friday evening their time, and I got my reply Monday noon my time. I couldn't really expect a reply much faster.
