They didn't make anywhere near that much. That sounds more like Privateer Holdings revenue.
Tilray has more issues than you can shake a stick at, including an excess supply of product, HA, imperfect grows, etc.
Downsizing staff makes perfect sense because, from what I'm hearing all over the place, they have enough supply that they don't need to expand their grows at the moment.
They are no longer selling out the back door, but they were before. The weekly HC visits put a stop to that.

Average order of 1.5 grams / day / patient (the average includes people that only use a gram a week or only order once or twice - don't give me shit)
That's 93,333 patient "days" they can supply. Let's say they got 3000 patients, that's a 1 month supply.
They should be able to do that harvest every 2 months based on what I understand of their setup, so that means in all reality, assuming it all passed inspection, they could supply 1500 patients on just their first setup.
I don't think they have 1500 active patients at all, so they probably have a massive surplus of product.

I saw all this failure before they started and I'm only a Hippy with my grade 8 diploma....how come their all so stupid ?
What makes you think they wouldn't just sell it on th bm? I'd think lp's would want to avoid supplying cc's.

Security cameras cover all entrances to the building and anywhere it's stored.
If product needs to be destroyed the SOP states that it must be disposed of on site at the moment and must be done according to SOP.
Obviously there's ways to bypass this, but those under scrutiny have to account for everything that comes off the plant properly.
If they're cheating the system, numerous people at different levels of the company would all have to know about it.
