Anyone else try to renew with just chart notes?

Hey all, trying something new this year and renewing without going to a MMJ clinic. Reading over the renewal instructions and the attending physicians statement it looks like I should be successful even though my physician wouldn't sign the statement as he noted on my charts that he is suggesting I continue use and that it helps. Which seems to fullfill the requirements to the letter.

We'll see, OMMP is supposed to get my packet tuesday (my money is on wednesday) in the past I've been renewed usually within 3 weeks. Fingers crossed this is no different. Will update as I get updates in case I'm successful and anyone else would like to try this route if only to save themselves the $100+ for a clinic visit

Or in other words, I have now successfully renewed with just chart notes and the OMMP's fee, no cannabis clinic doctor visit, just chart notes, a letter explaining my condition(s) for qualification and which page on the chart note they should look and little sticky clear arrows showing them exactly where to look on said page.

The application was delivered monday the 15th of feb (federal holiday) and today (3-7) I received my replacement cards. Color me impressed and / or happy
