Anyone ever get busted?

No. they took my plants lites timers cords food boks everything. it was a judgement for loss of personal property and public humilitation. that included cost to relocate and attorneys fee's. since they had no right or cause to have a girl who had nothing to prove she lived there take them into my garden.
The way they got in was i broke up with here to date a new girl. i helped this young lady get on her feet. when she was told to leave she was furious. i had helped get her a job car and i was sick of the same girl. she proceeded to ram my van with her car and the neighbors called the cops.
2 sqauds pulled up and the first thing outta her mouth was" if im going to jail hes's going down 4 those pot plants"
a little over 4 hours later the head of the local narcotics unit pulled up and i finally spoke. i told the lead detective WHO BROUGHT YOU HERE ? they tried to verify proof of address on her and almost immeaditly the cuffs came off.
no news only the dea PD and all my neighbors know. for a teen ager to posses all the stuff i did was unheard of. i got paid full value for everything confiscated not the plants but all supplys. 30k for public humilation and slander. 2700.00 to relocate. it was a 2 year fight i will never forget

Yeah, he brought over a couple of the neighborhood teens to gawk at the plants. Man, I can't remember the last time I was that pissed off. I totally had to redo my entire growbox. In fact, thanks to that little fuck, I lost one perfectly healthy plant and probably adversely affected (tremendous heat stress) the 2 remaining girls I have now.
no if this was a site about LIVING then the murder question would be legit.
so do you want to here how they handcuffed and harassed my 61 year old female friend. in her pj's, on the front porch for 4 1/2 hours. ripped her whole house apart. took her dogs. threw her in jail. destroyed her personal belongings. sent her threw 7 months of court dates and trials. then dropped all charges because she was a LEGAL MEDICAL grower. then 6 more months of fighting to get her equipment back. everything is pretty much fucked up though. glass bulbs broken, hoods bent, cords cut. then there is the 7 lbs of medicine they refuse to give back yet they still posses. she was devistated. that was money that was helping her GET BY. she drove a little beak up suv.
i have more of you care to wallow in tragedy.

fdd, if anyone has been caught growing it is good information for the rest of us to know how they got caught so that we don't make the same mistake. Thats why I think it is a legit question.
i have many more. the medical community has done amazing things in front of the judges to get them to dismiss. i am in a county that now makes medical marijuana cases their lowest priority, yet people continue to still get harassed. most cases end up getting thrown out but first you have to deal with the POLICE who really care nothing more then to be stormtroppers.
i understand and i apologize for coming off so strong. it's a touchy subject for me and i took that out on you. my deepest regrets. i'm ashamed.

yes, ive been busted....years ago i had an outdoor grow on my own property...100 acres...16 plants...it was close to harvest time..september. my ex-partner had grown these with me...theres my first mistake..do it on your own..no buddies involved. but we were like brothers..or so i thought.
well, one day he violated his probation..on probation for a non-drug unrelated charge..and was looking at 1.5 to 4 years in state prison...so he ratted on me...funny thing is he didnt get any reduced time...he did 4 years for his violation...the police cannot offer you a deal...only the DA.
so they came in with a warrant...just two detectives...no guns, no swat or anything like that....they took the plants..roots and all...they said they were gonna dry them and weigh em to determine the charges
It took them 18 months to indight me..was charged with felony possession of marijuana....I did 4 days in county jail....was released to probation...required to go to an outpatient drug rehab program...after 6 months of all that, i pleaded to a class a misdeameanor posession of marijuana (the most serious of misdeameanors)...got a conditional release..which means i didnt have to go to probation anymore and if i stayed out of trouble for a year that would be the end of it...had to complete my rehab...and fined 160 dollars.
so now i no longer grow...im in a rural area with a small sheriffs dept and i feel like a marked man..at least for many years to come.
so learn your lesson from me...keep it to yourself!!!
