Companies and employees make mistakes. Software sometimes has bugs in it. Even if you don't get your seeds this time, that doesn't mean you should think ill of nirvana. More likely than not, they'll be happy to replace the order and get the seeds to you.

This is the second shipment they've sent to me. I didn't get the first one, nor did I get a letter from customs. I'm thinking they didn't send the first shipment. But who knows.

usually takes 7-10 days for them to process the order after the payment is received and a week or round that for shipping to the usa

No I have never gotten free seeds from Nirvana but I have also never waited more than a week to get my beans. If you are having trouble talk to Nirvana. I am sure they will replace the seeds. I got free seeds from Attitude but they were crap! I ordered 12 fem kush seeds and they gave me some BS auto flower seeds. I am growing them out for the guy I am a provider for. If he didn't want them I would have thrown them right in the trash! Free seeds don't mean good seeds! Nirvanas genetics aren't the best though. I grew out 6 NL fem seeds, all of them looked different from the other. And all the bud smells different. It was more like a mystery seed pack or some shit! 
But the good thing about Nirvana is they are cheap and have great coustomer service/ shipping.
