Anyone ever had leaves grouped together?

My plant is 23 days old today and i believe she is on her 4th set of leaves. But some of the leaves after the first set seem to be bushing together. One of the first leaves hasnt separated completely. Should i be worried or will it turn out ok? I am also wondering why my first set of leaves are dying? Does anyone think it might be nutrient burn? Im using GH FloraMicro and FloraBloom at 1.25 mL per gallon. The rest of the leaves seem to be doing ok except for the weird leaf separation thing.. lol any advice?

Hi, try the official schedule from GH thats what I did while vegging and switched to lucas formula on last week of vegging 5micro-10bloom and then 8micro-16bloom for flowering. what light are you using?

WEEKLY FEEDING SCHEDULE:
Week 1 (rooted clones or 3 leaf-sets on seedlings) : 2.5 ml EACH Grow, Micro & Bloom
Week 2: 5ml Grow + 2.5ml Micro + 2.5ml Bloom
Week 3: 10ml Grow + 5ml Micro + 3ml Bloom
Week 4 until 12/12 : 12ml Grow + 6ml Micro + 3ml Bloom or lucas formula 5micro-10bloom ml per gallon
flowering: 8micro-16bloom ml per gallon

The plant im growing now is prone to nutrient burn. Im using the 3 cfl's that came with the aerogarden. Any ideas why the leaves are all still attached like that?

3x26w might not be sufficient, I heard that 40W and more per bulb is good. I used 4x45w, introduced to the plant one by one as the plant grew. maybe you are giving to little nutrients I gave 2.5 of grow, micro, bloom. thats why is growing so slow. what strain is it, it might not fit in the aerogarden. I would go for higher wattage than 45w but thats what i got from wallmart at the time, then i got two 105w for flowering on the internet. so lights and nutrients are needed. can you see the roots with the aerogarden if they touch the water, is there enough bubbles and what color the roots are?

weird leaves could be the result of a wrong light cycle or genetics. I know when you take a clone out of 12/12 and back into veg the leaves will look very strange for about a month. I think it's just genetics in your case. You got a mutant.

Its an autoflowering blueberry from lowlife. The leaves seemed to be somewhat breaking apart from each other but I still don't know why the first set of leaves are dying. Does nutrient burn affect the entire plant or can it just affect one part like in my case the first set of leaves? Im not sure what the wattage on the aerogarden lights are but I plan on putting up to 6 more cfl's by monday at least until I get a bigger hps light. I was kinda scared to give it a larger dose of nutrients when the first leaves are dying like they are. What do you guys think?

when i first saw that pic i was going to ask if it had any berry strains in it. they are known for having weird growth at the beginning. the distorted leaves that are still stuck together might be due to some physical damage when they were young that caused them to deform a bit. the small single leaf looks like a bit of nute burn. whats you pH at? i dont use gh flora but it doesen't sound like you are using too much. avoid any stronger nutes for now the plant is still small. what kind of water are you using?

7 is a lil on the higher end of things, but it shouldn't be too bad,... i dont think thats your problem.. i also tend to think its genetics.. like someone else has already said, blueberry is infamous for crazy growth patterns and the like.. keep an eye on her, but i think it will be fine...

all 3 of my lowryders #2 started out mutant like that. They eventually recovered, i assumed it was transplant shock or something. Haven't seen it with any regular photoperiod plants

Ok. Hopefully things will get better with her soon. Im going to try and bring down the ph to around 6 or maybe a bit lower

those are some reallly cool lookin leaves!ha. sorry, i am not really useful at all, but i just wanted to comment how silly the leaves look. but good luck with sorting it out and all. i hope all goes well for you.

You use soil I assume? In hydro I would imagine lemon juice could get a little sticky. I think vinegar is actually better and also adds a little iron I believe. If you really wanted the sugar you could probably use like apple cider or something I guess. More importantly you don't wanna use too much baking soda because you can develop excess sodium buildup in your medium. This can cause your soil to harden and even resist moisture absorption. It will also cause your plants to absorb less water and dehydrate itself. You should be fine as long as you don't get carried away.

I am using hydroponics DWC method and didn't have any problem. Anyways my plant photos are in my journal check them out
