Anyone ever have the shell of the seed rise up.

my first sprout i must not have planted it deep enough.. cause the tap root just shot the whole seed into the air about 1/2" then slowly cracked open and leaves tried to spread. i had to push the shell off of it. it was weird. wish i woulda got a pic now.

Yeah it actually happened to me when I sprouted mine...I ended up throwing it away 0.o

this is one of my favorite shots....

i had one stay on like a helmet and it killed it, now i take them off

yah a few stay on sometimes, just pull it off very gently!
