Anyone experience with G8LED C2?

Hey guys how's it hangin xD

So I just landed an affiliate position with dormgrow and they're sending me the

G8LED C2 full spectrum i believe its 540W or 560W
Grow Light

To test and use solo in my 4x4

From what I can tell this is going to be a BEAST of a light. Im not sure about hanging it 6" above my canopy but this seems like a QUALITY light.

Has anyone ever used G8LED lights? Are they as good as they seem?

I'm pretty stoked for this one man

Hey bud, weren't you also doing testing for another grow light company? Seems like folks just cannot seem to stop giving you stuff, lol. Good for you. This one does look a bit blurpleish but whatever. According to their site it is very expensive too coming in at $1000 US. Will be interesting to see what this thing will do. I do wonder about a couple things. First is it says the has the same footprint for both veg and flower, most lights say they will veg more than they will flower so that oddly stands out. The second thing is the "flower booster", lol. Well you won't know anything for sure until you put it to work. I look forward to seeing what happens.

I agree 100% and I was testing the hortibloom 400W COB. Now dormgrow wants to send me this light. Very stoked

Don’t even get me started different specs just all the same damn concept. Got your shitty blurples that are good as a space heater then u have monos and chip based. All the same technology just more efficient versions and built a little bit differant. Plants can literally grow under anything

That's right, hortibloom and a couple had broken glass. These light companies finding you on Instagram or something? No matter how you are doing it I think it's awesome. I have a 4 plant limit here so for me there is not messing around with testing and experimentation or I will end up buying weed. It's pretty cool these companies are putting product into folks hands for testing. Hope they work really well for you bud.

Yeah giixer sends me returns sometimes and new products. Hortibloom only had me test the 400W cob fus I tried to talk to them like 5 times about a bigger light as my goal has been get 1 big light to run solo in my 4x4. Then dormgrow emailed me back (I email companies btw) and approved me for the G8LED C2

Nice, that's cool bud. You take some initiative and it clearly is paying off for you. I do like the bar light style. I am currently on my first run with an HLG 600 Rspec with UV bar attachment. Just flipped to flower 5 or 6 days ago. I too am in the experimental phase as I have no experience with this light but it killed it in veg at 50%. I did have to more than double the plants food with this new light, it makes them little gluttons for nutes. It's neat, have me my first 11 point leaf, lol. Well here is hoping you have some good stuff to report. Tag me in if you do a journal bud, I would love to follow along.

Hell yeah man. I will start a journal absolutely. I'm almost 4wk from sprout on my new run. Mainlining all 4 plants. 2 autos as well. Im stoked.
