Anyone familiar with this discoloration?

One month into flower Blue mystic and *Great white shark(showing the discoloration) in dwc under 600w in tent. EC .65 and staying steady, PH steady around 6. Roots look good.

Silica, flora nova bloom, hydroguard and was using canna boost at a small amount.

Only thing I wish was different with my setup is that with summer weather my ambient temp with light on is 86F, without is 73F.

Discoloration on Great White Shark has been slowly spreading over the last week or so. Blue mystic has one small bit of yellow on one of its leaves but thats it. Anyone see this before?

You have very dark green leaves which is typical of over fert. If this is soil, which soil are you using? If hydro, what ppm are you using?
The yellowing was kind of hard to understand, but I see you have rather high temp at 86F, so I'm thinking that the yellow is heat damage. But I'm not 100% sure on that one. I am sure however about the over fert.

I would foliar feed with 2% Epsom salt spray and see if it changes in 5 days. Maybe flush with ph'd water with ec around .2 for couple of days at ph 5.8 and see what they look like after a few days.
I'm thinking nute lock as it seems to be showing several deficiencies. Maybe Mg or S.

Hydro 330ppm. The dark may just be due to the lighting, i wouldn't say the leaves are abnormally dark. I shot the photos thru hps sunglasses with the hps on.

Yeah i think it is probably time for a flush. This is my first time using a larger res where I am topping off more often.

Hi Anon.
I use larger res. Still change weekly. You have to remember that they use different elements at different rates. If you just top off the ec may be right but that isn't telling you what's still available to the plant. Only that the ec is still 1.4 for arguments sake. But 1.4 of what? What's still available? K will be gone in the first four to five days, P will be virtually all used within seven, that leaves what Evers left at 1.4. Just an example.

I gotcha, I always used just a 5 gal for one plant and that was my reasoning for never topping off, plus it was easy in that. Now I'm in a res that requires 3x the amount of water so I've been being lazy and topping off. This is also my first time with two plants sharing the same res so I think I'm also introducing the possibility of them not equally pulling nutrients which shows by only one of them showing the majority of defiency. I've been a bit neglectful as well so I gotta pay more attention to my PH, I had been letting it hang low for too long and thats probably what started some lockout.

Is it affecting new growth?...It could be a zinc deficiency
Yes, I have seen some on small top leaves. After everyones input I've come to realize lockout is probably my biggest factor, I had let the PH stay out of hand too many times just due to not checking. I'll be keeping a close eye from now on and hopefully it'll stop. Also flushed the system and added some cal mag to be safe.

in your first post you say the pH has been stable around 6.
Yeah it was for the few days before my post when i was watching closely. But after someone mentioned lockout and I thought about it more I realized I really havn't been paying as much attention to PH as I should have been.

I check my ph meter every time I use it. Mine has issues and has to be adjusted frequently. Can be out as much as .7 sometimes. I Always check it with 7.0 buffer adjust then check res.
Just worth pointing out.

if you haven't checked the pH much, then you don't know what it's been. it may have been stable. you can't be sure of pH lockout if you don't know what the pH has been. why you try putting pics that have been taken in white light?

Hi Mate.
Had another look and a bit of a study.
I'm thinking this is just a K deficiency. The flush and change with stable ph should see a change in 7 days. Imo
