Just ordered a batch of these puppies and they are starting the germination process as we speak. Just curious if any one has grown this c99 from female seeds. I've read other reports of different seed banks that produced c99. Either way i just want to hear your like or dislike of this strain.

I am currently growing a C99 hybrid x-line from female seeds.
It broke surface then went into a stasis for about 3 days, then took off.
I actually topped it today even though I have heard they dont take well to topping. I will see for myself.
I will try to remember to update this as it grows.

c99 is crossed with a lot of strains. If its for real your in for a treat! Keep a male and pollinate some lower branches. Those beans will be worth big bucks if you can stabilize.

You should definetly let me know how the topping goes, because i was planning on topping mine once they get going. How many leaf do your plants have?

I always top from the 6th node down to the 4th.

Topped yesterday, as of today its looking healthy and leaves are reaching for the light. Doesnt seem like it bothered it very much at all.

I luv C99 too! Picked up some of the female seeds version along with their ak47, and will grow them next up. Heard good things in the past about female seeds c99, hope this offering like past.
Have grown many crops of c99, and it's a must to train or top for better yield. You probably won't see monster buds, just a lot of top notch buds! Will be watching for the "new batch" grows.

To be honest, I am really not sure. Ive gotten lax on keeping up with times and dates and such. At this point I top, then give them a week or so to recover and start growing good. When I feel they are nice and healthy after the top I flip it to 12/12. My guess is about 2 1/2- 3 weeks from breaking surface, with that 3 day stasis at the beginning.

I feel ya i don't keep track of time with anything i've done so far. How big you thinking you gonna get let them get before you switch? I haven't heard too much about height with this strain. I'm assuming since it's a sativa it will probably triple in size when put into flowering, but not really sure.

Not really sure either, how big it will get. I'm thinking I will switch in about 2 weeks, and guess they will be about 1 foot tall. I will give it 2 weeks under MH for the stretch then put them into the HPS box.
