you gotta understand, japan is just a tiny island with a huge population = MEGA DENSE. example: i live in the 2nd largest city in japan... the population here is about 2.7 million people within 86 square miles...that's approximately 31,000 people/sq. mile. anytime you got an area that densely populated, anything and everything that you can't contain will spread like crazy. the cops here like to talk a lot, but they're just that. with such a dense population it's easy to do things and no one takes the time to notice.

FLIRs and helicopters? they don't have them over here, so there's no worry about putting off a heat signature.

most apartment buildings have a set amount of power that goes to each unit. lamps, fans, exhaust, pumps (hydro) requires power. exceed your units power and you pop the breaker = bad if it continuously occurs, people at the electric company take notice of that and look at your usage. then the questions may come from the guys in blue. a friend of mine said avoid this by being forward...ask for more power up front..."i run an internet company, i got servers and such, i can't have my power poppin off because i'll lose valuable data and down time = loss of revenue". of course, it shouldn't actually be you who's doing any of this. if you know the right people then they have connections in real estate and can set up a spot in a ficticious name.

my advice would be not to do anything unless you knew the right people. if you know the right people you could... for example... have everything taken care of so that all you do is manage the garden. wholesale to 1-3 people tops (let them do with it what they will), who might just happen to be associates of the before mentioned "right people". this keeps you on the inner circle atop the food chain where everyone looks out for everyone elses bottom line. now you don't gotta worry about the grapevine either cause you're not grinding nickels and dimes. if you know the right people chances are they got people on payroll who'll let them know when that unexpected visit is going down.

that's just how i would do things. others ideas may vary.

at first, I thought why are drugs always so high in japan... then I thought a while then came up with the answer, japan & china are some of the biggest exporters of LEGAL CHEMICAL HIGHS...

Now there legal highs are awsome, I have tried a legal chemical powder from there, looks similar to cocaine however is totally legally(If you want to know what it is I will post you in pm, I will not advertise it)

However, this drug feels like, cocaine, xtc, opiate euphoric high all in one, it's the only drug I have the same respect for like ganja, however it will be the new cocaine, I just know it, it's already starting to get publicity.
.. there is some real clever ppl out there, just unbeliveable that these guys arent in labs, it's a shame really as I bet they would be smart enough too...

The japanese & chinese are way ahead for legal drugs, however I thought I wouldn't be suprised, with showing how harsh the penalties are for illegal drugs.

I don't know anything about LSD. Herb is sold by the gram at 6,000~9,000 Yen/gram = approx 60~90 USD.
