Dude what the fuck? Do they not understand the meaning of compassion? Jesus Christ, dude if I were you I would go to the dispensary and make a huge fucking scene. "YOU WORTHLESS SONS OF BITCHES SENT THIS THIEVIN', LOSER ASS, CAREGIVER TO MY HOUSE TO STEAL MY MONEY? YOU BITCHES OWE ME $200 FOR SAYING THIS GUY CAN BE TRUSTED WITH MY MEDS AND CASH!!!!!!!!!! *pulls out sawed off shotgun* ..."

And the story unfolds from there.
Slow your roll.....did the club actually say this cat is legit, we know him and he is cool? The system I see at hydroworld in jackson is similar but they are way hands off. you can go buy a patient for the sign up fee for their legal status (you get a money order and a stack of apps sits there waiting for someone to buy them cuz the patients are too poor or cheap to pay the fees) and it only costs patients the rights to their plants, which coincidentallly they can F the "caregiver" right back for a fee of 10$ to change status and cut the guy right out. so that shit chute is a two a way tunnel when you're talking about who fucks who or can fuck who and they are 100% hands off on that part. they hold apps-that's IT. So to the OP, did the club actually tell you they knew this guy and he was a legit dude who was a good producer and stand up guy? if no, then you know where I'm going with this...... I'm just an old Paul Harvey fan and want the REST of the story.

Don't get it twisted.
There ARE bad dispensaries, caregivers, and compassion clubs out there. No way in hell would I do business with any part of the club again, if they do not step in and fix this. The entire reason they are a club is to keep shit like this from happening.

he was SUPPOSE to be legit. the "owner" or person who runs the compassion club paired me up with him personally and i signed all the legal papers to have him as my caregiver......and he fucked me.

this "pay first" routine is absurd. then drive the car around the block three time before the drop... and so now it's a legal transfer.
that entire system is going to fail eventually. raise holy hell with that club, and I'm not talking about a telephone complaint. Wait until you know there is a meeting w a lot of ppl congregating then make your move. Tear a new one into the leader of that club. It'll be worth the 200 you may not still get, F' them, then don't look back.

That reminds me, he was at a meeting the only time I went and if I'm lucky enough to see him there he's gonna have a new asshole to shit out of.

Cool.
Shoot him man.
That will make it all better.

I never shoot them unless they get me for $300 or more; then I just wing 'em.
But hey I understand; it's 66.666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666% of my own breaking point.
You got to do something - might as well blow a hole in him - only other thing I can think of is to take your loss and learn from the experience.
It's his fault after all - you trusted him.

Marty I'll have to reeree that one again. I retract the episode scenario, after all this was only 200 dollars. lol
Now I'm starting to make cents.

Yeah wtf, sorry, I'm not "donating" your ass $200 for my meds unless the shit is sitting at the table across from me. End of story. Sorry you were taken advantage of, but it sounds like you were naive. You're putting faith in a place that cares about nothing but $$... The $ corrupts the majority.

You and I must have differing views on what the term "snitching" means.

If somebody steals something from me, I won't rule out any option on holding that person accountable. Going to the cops more than likely wouldn't be my first recourse, but I wouldn't take it off the table.

It's not like OP smelled marijuana coming from his neighbors apartment and called the police. That is the definition of snitching in my view. In this case someone STOLE something. How in the fuck do you call that snitching if he were to get the po-po involved? Just because it involves weed? Would it still be snitching if he got his car stolen and called the cops? How about if someone abducted his kid and he called the cops? Is that snitching?
Yes we do, and Im fine with that.. Let;s not forget that I am 'Tainted' when it comes to LEO. Any call to the cops over cannabis and I won't work with that caller. As far as the stolen car? that';s why I hav my lawyer's number memorized..Comes to a kid? rather handle that one myself.

Fair enough. I haven't walked a mile in your shoes, so who am I to judge your distrust of the police. I'm sure they've earned it.

It's just the term "snitching" carries such a negative vibe with me. I guess it just depends on the person and the circumstances. If what happened to the OP happened to me, no, I wouldn't call the cops. I'd chalk it off as a loss and be disappointed in myself that I had my head up my ass. I had an employee of mine steal thousands of dollars from my business. I didn't go to the police and ultimately have him locked up over it .... instead I went to him and worked out a resolution because I knew him personally and didn't want to see him behind bars for years. BUT, if someone stole my car, or abducted my kid, you better believe I will get the cops involved!
